The dove in flight approached Noah’s Ark. Its beak carried an olive branch. The land was near. The flood had ended and peace began.
The olive tree, since then became its symbol.
May is the month of Mary, and this year it also marks the start of the Santa Maria delle Rose Working Cooperative as a Benefit Corporation.
